Dried egg pasta with black truffle from Calabria. Product obtained from a mixture of durum wheat semolina, eggs (20%), black truffle from Calabria (3%) and water, subsequently subjected to lamination, formation and drying. For a good shelf life of the product and to enjoy its fragrance, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight; do not store in the refrigerator below zero, do not expose to water and sun.
