Truffles

Truffles are a prized delicacy in Italian cuisine. Black Truffles are rare and difficult to find. They have a deep, earthy, and slightly sweet flavor, with hints of hazelnut and chocolate. These are excellent with pasta, risotto, polenta and meats like beef and pork.
